GAME WONT START

Had a fantastic start with the game, loving the levels and design reason why I am giving it 2 stars. But until recently on my IPHONE 7 the game will sometimes open into the main menu and crash or just wont get to the menu, very disappointed so I deleted it in attempts for it to maybe work and I was wrong. Please fix this game I love it and I dont want my money to go wasted! Please Ubisoft!!
